I shopped on the shopping website which is "ishopchangi" last night.
The website is Singapore Changi Airport's online shopping portal that allows you to buy duty-free items at your home and pick up your boots at the iShopChangi Collection Centres before boarding or after landing for your flight. In addition, the online portal will give you some discounts during the sales. Therefore, we will acquire a great concession.
However, things aren't happening like what you want. The fact is I spent the whole night on the shopping.
- Event 1: a conflict of binding the "Changi Rewards" card
After I singled out the products what I need to buy, I saw that the account didn't bind a "Changi Rewards" card when I prepare payment. Thus, I signed in my "Changi Rewards" account and found out my card number. Next, I inputted the card number and tried to bind the "Changi Rewards" card and my "IshopChangi" account.
By contrast, I can't bind my card because the system warned me the card have been bound by another "IshopChangi" account.
What the f**k's going on?! My "Changi Rewards" account and my "IshopChangi" account both use the same email to sign up, and then the "Changi Rewards" card which belongs to my "Changi Rewards" account has been bound with another "IshopChangi" account.
Let me draw a picture to help you understand that.
Finally, I have to use another card number of my another account to bind the account. Do you think that's over?

- Event 2: a problem of using promo code
When I grudgingly solved the first problem, I used a promo code to buy the items but the promo code can't use.
I can guess the logic of the website, and let me tell you why.
There are four steps in the confirm payment.
The stages are "Shopping Bag", "Details", "Review&Pay", "Complete".(see the below picture)
The promo code is used on the first phase.(see the below picture)
If you type a promo code where the red arrow points and click the "Apply" button, and then you will see the number of the grand total will be changed.
However, the fact is that the promo code is really applyed when you click the "Checkout Now" button.
When I finished the second phase and came to the third phase to prepare payment, I saw the grand total was original price that means the promo code was applied unsuccessful.
So I didn't continue to pay the bill and tried to order again, but the website warned me the promo code has been used when I entered the first step and tried to apply the promo code.
You can see the below picture. If my action is broke down on the second, third or forth step owing to my personal will (maybe having another thing to do) or the problem of website like session expiration, promo code unapplied and so on. And then my account will never be used the promo code.
As a result, I only signed up a new account again. OMG!!
However, the items what I want were out-of-stock when I used the new account to buy.
Fortunately, the items were in-stock when I waited for a long time.
